
Katie DeVault
Katie DeVault combines her background in the arts with a deep understanding of the retail landscape to help brands grow and thrive. She holds a B.A. in Art History from the University of Tennessee and a Master’s in Arts Administration from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Katie began her career in art galleries and museums, but her passion for fashion, organization, and creative problem solving naturally led her into the retail consulting world.
Since joining A Line Partners at its founding over 11 years ago, Katie has played an important role in shaping the company’s direction and success. Starting out in the field, she spent extensive time in stores across the country, speaking with retail teams, observing store operations firsthand, and gathering real time insight into how businesses function at the ground level. That perspective continues to shape her approach today.
As Head of Business Development, Katie leads client engagement both nationally and internationally. Her work focuses on identifying opportunities for growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring that A Line’s solutions are tailored to meet each retailer’s unique needs. She helps connect brands with strategies that improve performance across operations, staffing, merchandising, and customer experience.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys the adventure of raising two young boys (boy mom for life), traveling through Europe, online shopping for the perfect find, and getting lost in the perfect cozy true crime novel.
